From the comments: “Washington State agencies submit the following comments on the proposed rule of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Definition of “Waters of the United States” Under the Clean Water Act, EPA Docket ID No.EPA-HQ-OW-2011-0880. This letter represents the consensus comments of the state departments of Ecology, Transportation, Fish and Wildlife, and Agriculture on the proposed rule.”
