This memorandum announces the availability of reallotted federal fiscal year 2022 Bipartisan
Infrastructure Law Drinking Water State Revolving Fund dollars. These funds originated from the BIL
(P.L. 117-58), also known as the “Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act of 2021”. This action makes
critical additional lead service line replacement and emerging contaminant funds available to states
across the nation.
