The state of Wisconsin’s comments on the Proposed Waters of the U.S. Rule

From the comments: “The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WI DNR) respectfully submits comments on the proposed rule to amend the definition of “Waters of the United States” (WOTUS) jointly released by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the United States Corps of Engineers (USACE) on March 25, 2014 and published for public comment in the Federal Register on April 21, 2014.”
