The Trump Administration issued an Executive Order to implement the President’s “Department of Government Efficiency” Deregulatory Initiative. The order calls for federal agencies, including EPA, to provide a list of existing regulations that could be repealed if they meet one of seven criteria defined as inconsistent with administration policy.
